Return & Refund Policy

Because all Academics Tribe products are made to order (print-on-demand), we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout (including size, color, and product type).

All Sales Final (Made-to-Order Items)

All items are produced specifically for your order. For this reason, purchases are final sale, and we do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product variant

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Items that were ordered correctly but no longer wanted

  • Minor variations in print placement, color tones, or texture that are normal in print-on-demand production

Defective or Misprinted Items (Replacement Only)

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or a printing/design issue (for example: wrong design printed, clear misprint, damaged print, seam defect, or item received damaged), we will rectify the issue by issuing a replacement product at no additional cost.

We do not provide refunds. Our remedy is a replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, email us at:

Your email must include:

  1. A clear photo showing the issue

  2. Your order number and/or receipt

  3. A written description explaining the problem

Requests missing this information may be delayed.

Reporting Window

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Returns

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.

Shipping Issues (Lost, Returned, or Damaged in Transit)

If your package is marked delivered but not received, appears lost, or arrives damaged in transit, please email info@academicstribe.com with your order number and details so we can assist.
