Academics Tribe products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner (Printful). This means your items are produced after you place an order and then shipped directly to you.
1) Fulfillment & Processing Time (Made-to-Order)
All items are made to order. Production time begins after checkout and payment confirmation.

Typical fulfillment (production) time: usually 2–7 business days

During high-volume seasons (e.g., holidays) or supply constraints, production may take longer.
Once your order is produced, it is handed off to a shipping carrier for delivery.
2) Shipping Time (Transit)
Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected, carrier capacity, and destination.

Typical domestic transit: often 2–7 business days after fulfillment

International transit: can vary widely (often 1–4 weeks)
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are based on your location, order contents, and selected shipping method.
4) Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
5) Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be:

fulfilled at different times,

shipped from different locations,
-
and arrive in separate packages.
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
6) Address Accuracy (Important)
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@academicstribe.com with your order number.
Because items go into production quickly, address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
7) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.
8) Delays
While we work with reliable partners and carriers, delays can occur due to:

carrier disruptions,

weather,
-
customs,
-
peak holiday volume,
-
or other events outside our control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help you locate a shipment and provide guidance.
9) Lost Packages / Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check around your property, mailbox, concierge/leasing office, and with neighbors.

Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details.
If you still can’t locate it, email info@academicstribe.com with your order number and we will help you investigate next steps.
10) Damaged Packages / Printing or Product Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print/design error, contact us at info@academicstribe.com and include:

a clear photo of the item and packaging (if damaged),

your order number/receipt,
-
a written explanation of the issue.
We will review the issue and, if confirmed, we will rectify it by issuing a replacement product (per our Return & Refund Policy).
