These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and the purchase of products from Academics Tribe (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting the Site, placing an order, or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2) Online Store Terms & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our products or Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You may not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the Site, including by introducing malware, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

3) Products (Print-on-Demand / Made-to-Order)

Most Academics Tribe products are made to order. Product images are for illustrative purposes; colors, placement, and print appearance may vary slightly due to device screens and production processes.

Sizing information is provided on product pages where available. It is your responsibility to review sizing and product details before purchasing.

4) Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or violations of these Terms.

5) Order Acceptance, Cancellations, and Changes

An order is not guaranteed to be accepted until it is processed and confirmed by us. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order at our discretion, including due to inventory/production constraints, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Because our items are made to order, order cancellations or changes may not be possible once production begins. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@academicstribe.com with your order number. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after purchase.

6) Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times (if provided) are estimates only and not guarantees. Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout (subject to applicable law). You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7) Returns & Refunds (Replacement for Defects Only)

Because products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defect reasons.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or print/design issue, we will rectify the issue by issuing a replacement product. To request a replacement, you must email info@academicstribe.com and include:

A clear photo showing the issue
Order number and/or receipt
A written explanation of the problem

Please report issues within 14 days of delivery.

8) Accuracy of Information

We strive to display accurate information on the Site, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is complete, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order is placed). If we cancel an order due to an error, we will notify you and arrange for an appropriate resolution.

9) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including designs, logos, text, graphics, photos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Academics Tribe and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership rights to our designs or branding.

10) Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may use third-party services (including Shopify and payment processors) and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

11) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Academics Tribe and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or purchase/use of products.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Academics Tribe and its affiliates, owners, employees, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Collin County, Texas, United States of America, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
